The process starts when we you fill out our INQUIRY FORM or stop by our showroom!
Once we receive your information and inspiration, we will schedule a time to see your space.
There is no place home! So we start at yours. A VKB Design Studio designer will come to your house to see the space and discuss your goals for your kitchen or bathroom remodel.
At this meeting, we will measure your space and take photos of the area to be remode.
During this phase, we address problems identified at the initial meeting and present solutions for the issues and introduce you to a few product selections. During your visit to our showroom, a DESIGN CONTRACT will be presented and the deposit will be collected.
Next is the fun part – making design selections! Our team of designers will help you select materials for your project and take care of ordering everything before the project begins. Your selections will be presented to you through a visual mood board and will be revised until you’re completely satisfied.
Sit back and relax as your vision comes to life! You will be assigned a project manager and they will be your point of contact throughout the construction phase. You can rest assured knowing that you and your home will always be treated with great respect.
Once construction is completed, a final walk-through will be conducted with the project manager to ensure that you’ll fully satisfied with your newly remodeled space. All that’s needed now is a big cheers to your beautiful, renewed home.
